I didn’t know that when I started down the rabbit hole, but that’s where I ended up.
So, as I near my 1 year anniversary with two such subscriptions, I figured I was experienced enough to finally review them: starting with MeUndies.
MeUndies was the first of the four subscription underwear boxes I signed up for—and one of the two I’m still using.
In this MeUndies review, I’ll let you know exactly what you can expect. I’ll give you the pros, the cons, rate my experience, and sing all the praises of MeUndies. I’ll even tell you if there’s any subscription service I’d rate more highly.

My MeUndies Review
I'll break down my experience with MeUndies into three different categories:

- Comfort

Style
The MeUndies range is impressive…or daunting, if you don’t like to be spoilt for choice. To give you some idea, here are the current offerings on the MeUndies site:

The cut is pretty consistent, but the designs and colors change on a regular basis. This is clever on the brand’s part, since it stops savvy members from getting bored, and boosts engagement with the website as we check in to see what’s on offer.
We’re offered a massive array of colors and confident prints to choose from. For me, the drawback is that I’ve come to the point where I don’t even consider the prints anymore.
Are they fun? Yes. Bold? Yes. Unique? Yes.
But—in my opinion—never sexy for me. If you enjoy cartoon-level prints in your underwear, you’ll love that side of the collection.
Comfort
OMG yes! MeUndies use a delightfully feather-light Micro Modal fabric that is shrink resistant, moisture-wicking, incredibly soft, and delightfully VPL-free.
I have been joyfully wedgie-free for 11 months, and I’m not sure I’m prepared to ever go back to normal underwear. These are literally a whole new world for my girl-parts.
The fabric choice delivers great stretch and flexibility, but holds its shape for a snug, supportive fit. And having this kind of silky, snag-free fabric softly caressing my bits really does offer up a new level of comfort and versatility.
The sizing is inclusive, and the range comfortably covers women from a 24” to 43” waist.
Construction
A sturdy, well-constructed waistband eliminates roll-down and unflattering twisting. Reinforced leg-holes help reduce chafing and discomfort, and deliver smoother lines under clothing.
Low-profile flatlock stitching stops ridges from ruining the lines of your outfit, and stops uncomfortable rubbing and irritation. As a side note, it works incredibly during high intensity interval training workouts, even with all the stop/start activity going on.
Durability
I still have the first pair I ordered from MeUndies 11 months ago, if that means something. Don’t be fooled by the lightweight fabric and low-profile seams—these seem fairly durable as long as you follow the care instructions.
I haven’t seen any pulling or fraying at the seams, and definitely no warping around the waistband or shrinking around the legs. A few of my brighter, bolder pairs have faded, but not to an extent that they look cheap or worn-out.
Value
To clear up any confusion: you can buy underwear from MeUndies without a membership.
For $18, you’ll get a single pair of any MeUndies underwear. If you decide to go down the membership route, you’ll save $4 on each single pair. If you go for a multi-pack you can get that price down to as little as $11 per pair.
What I’m saying is: MeUndies is a great, versatile underwear line at a wallet-friendly price point.
The Return Policy
The 100% satisfaction guarantee on your first underwear purchase from MeUndies is a strong peace-of-mind move from the brand. You can try them on, check their fit, and if you don’t like them—send them back for an exchange or refund.
After that, all your subsequent MeUndies are covered under a standard 90-day returns policy.
Is MeUndies The Best Underwear Subscription?
I’ve been a MeUndies member for a year next month. Their underwear are lightweight, breathable, and feature low-profile seams and a super-cool VPL-free look.
I love that I’m in total control of my order—unlike with some other subscriptions that send you something of their choice (but in your size or style)—every month.
But MeUndies prints don’t suit my style, which means I’m limited to solid colored undies for the length of my membership. Or you can have two underwear subscriptions running simultaneously, like I do because I am insane.
My second subscription, with EBY, offers some pretty neutrals, elegant colors, and quirky prints that still manage to look grown-up sexy. I rate it slightly above MeUndies for exactly that reason. You can read our full review of EBY here.
